Ella (Owner and Provider) was a vegetable and ornamental grower for five years and wanted to find a way to help people heal, as well as, take better care of herself physically. Massage therapy became the intersection between healing, growth, and spirituality.

As a millennial who cares deeply for marginalized groups, she found that massage was a practical approach to easing physical and mental pain. She became licensed in July of 2023 and has worked in the industry for two years. Finally, she has learned enough to set out on her own and make her dream of owning her own business and being free to help people come true.

She loves gardening, herbalism, meditation, body love, and cooking.
