Uses massage lotion to facilitate smooth, gliding strokes over the entire body and comes with a complementary essential oil of choice. Goal: relaxation.
Therapeutic Massage
Manipulation of the body's soft tissue to stimulate circulation and reduce tension, and comes with a complementary essential oil of choice. Goal: relaxation and ease of tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
This massage is for people with deep-seated knots, extreme tension and chronic pain associated with muscle tension. Comes with a complementary essential oil of choice.
Prenatal Massage
Therapy that provides comfort and easement of muscle aches and fluid build-up for expecting mothers. Goal: to provide relief to tired mothers.
Hot Stones Massage Add-On
This Add-on uses heated stones that soothe, and relieve tension may be added onto a Swedish, Therapeutic or Deep Tissue massage. Goal: Relieving tension using warmth of the stones and stones themselves as a body tool.
